  • The first free reading club "The Little Prince" in Burgas launches a national campaign to encourage reading

The campaign "Donate a Book - Give Knowledge" by the city's first Free Literary Reading Club "The Little Prince" begins on Jan 25, 2020. Behind it stand the Chance for Children and Nature of Bulgaria Foundation and the Center for Young Talents, Burgas.

The initiative aims to encourage reading from an early age. That is why the organizers urge everyone who wants to get involved to donate new or used, but preserved, children's books. Any children's or teenage literature with hard or soft covers is accepted. The organizers expect everyone who wishes to donate a book and support the idea on 01/25/2020 from 4:30 pm, for the launch of the campaign and the presentation of the first author's works of the participants in the pilot project for creative writing for young children "My First Stories" at the Center for Young Talents

The Little Prince Literary Reading Club opened its doors for the children of Burgas and the region 2 years ago and in a short time became a preferred place for young and old book lovers. The reading club is a meeting place for children with the vast world of literature, where they can embark on adventures with favorite characters, fantasize and discover new worlds. Meetings with children's authors are organized weekly and new and intriguing titles are presented.

Anyone who has the opportunity and wishes can donate a book on January 25, 2020 from 4:30 pm at the Center for Young Talents or send it to: 4 Atanas Sirekov sq., Burgas.

Book donations will be accepted by the end of February.
