Awards for young talents

For the eleventh time and for the tenth consecutive year, the Chance for Children and Nature of Bulgaria Foundation announces its national program "Awards, Scholarships and Distinctions". The project aims to boost the training and support the national and international performances of talented children and young people in the field of science and humanities, art and new technologies.

Since 2011 The Chance for Children and Nature of Bulgaria Foundation supports the development of talented children and capable young people aged 6 to 20, providing them with a chance that depends exclusively on their qualities and skills, efforts and perseverance, and provides them with support for important stages of their education, vocational training and creative development. Since then, more than 70 gifted children from all over the country have been awarded under the "Awards, Scholarships and Distinctions" program, and 10 of them have received the Grand Prize "Chance for Talent", which provided them with the opportunity to participate and achieve great success in Europe. and world championships. Among the talents of the Foundation are: the golden girl of Bulgarian chess Nurgul Salimova; Tsvetan Stoyanov - European champion for 2012 and world chess champion for 2015; teams of astronomy students from School of Mathematics "Dr. Peter Beron", Varna, whose projects won first prizes for several consecutive years at the NASA World Competition "NASA Ames Space Settlement Design Contest"; the young mathematicians Konstantin Garov, Yasen Penchev, Dimitar Operlakov, Denis Sirakov; singers Eleonora Ivanova, Iva Ichevska and Gabriela Yordanova; pianists Kristian Todorov, Konstantin Bashikov; the artists Vyara Pencheva, Elena Mazneva, Desislava Dimitrova and many others
